Muscle Guide is a fitness app published by Serve Creative. This policy explains what information is used when you use the Android app com.servecreative.muscle_guide. By using Muscle Guide, you agree to this policy.

Information stored on your device

Muscle Guide stores your profile and workout data locally on your device only. This may include:

• Profile details you enter during onboarding: name, age, height, weight, and gender preference
• Workout rooms you create, including room names and exercises assigned to each day
• App preferences such as whether onboarding has been completed

This data stays on your device and is not sent to our own servers. Uninstalling the app removes this local data.

Local media cache

Exercise video thumbnails may be generated and cached on your device to improve loading performance. These files remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Muscle Guide displays ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect and process information such as advertising ID, device information, IP address, and ad interaction data to show and measure ads.

What we do not collect

We do not require an account. We do not sell your locally stored profile or workout data. We do not intentionally collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, or health data from device sensors.

Permissions

• Internet — ads and app functionality.
• Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.

Children

Muscle Guide is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
